Because good replenishment decisions depend on your specific economics and constraints, and a generic box quietly gets those wrong. We'd rather build Order Otter around your problem and hand your team something that actually holds up — then price it to the value it creates, not a seat count. The free preview lets you feel the approach before anyone talks money.
How does billing work?
Two parts. First, a one-time build fee for the engagement that scopes and builds Order Otter around your problem and onboards your team — currently waived for Launch engagements that start before December 31, 2026. After that, a simple monthly to keep running the app — updates and support included. The monthly has no long lock-in; cancel anytime. Figures above are starting points, not a checkout.
What do I need to get started?
Less than you'd think. Demand history or a reasonable estimate, your costs and price, lead times, and any ordering constraints like MOQ or case packs. A spreadsheet is plenty — no ERP integration, no data project, no engineering tickets.
How long is the build engagement?
Plan on roughly three months from kickoff to a fully onboarded, running app — scoping, modeling your data, tuning RaftRank™ to your economics, and walking your planners through it. You'll typically see a usable recommendation well before the end; the rest is getting it production-solid for your team.
Is the free preview the same engine you'll build for me?
